Corn Chowder!

Thanks to my sister, Jessie. Enjoy!

Corn Chowder Recipe:

1 Package of Bear's Creek Cream Potato Soup*1 lb of Sausage (Any kind, but I like it spicy!)
1 Can Yellow Corm
1 Can Creamed Corn
1 Can Evaporated Milk
8 Cups of Water
1 Cup of Cheese (Any kind you want...I chose Monterey Jack)
1 Whole Onion - Chopped Finely

*There is a lot of salt in the soup, so taste it before you add more.

Directions:
Do #1-3 at the same time.
1. Cook the sausage in a separate pan, drain fat.
2. Sautee the onions.
3. Cook soup according to package directions.
4. Once soup is cooked, add both cans of corn, milk, and cheese.
5. Simmer for 10 minutes, uncovered.
6. Add sausage and onions.
