Lately, I've been slacking in the "get more exercise" area of my life. I am going to renew my vow to run every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday with my mom. I really do feel better when I get more exercise and am more active during the day. Lately I feel like I've been sitting around on my be-hind way too much. No more of that! Running today!
